We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms & Conditions on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms & Conditions, as modified.
2. Eligibility
All Connect Plumbing, LLC's services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. By using this website or requesting plumbing services, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old or are otherwise legally authorized to enter into an agreement for services

- you understand that plumbing services may involve work on water, drainage, sewer, gas, fixtures, pipes, appliances, and other plumbing systems

3. Plumbing Services & Assumption of Risk
All Connect Plumbing, LLC may provide plumbing-related services including, but not limited to:
- plumbing repairs
- plumbing installations
- leak detection and repair
- drain cleaning
- water heater services
- fixture installation and repair
- sewer and drain services
- pipe repair and replacement
- emergency plumbing services
- maintenance and troubleshooting
- other residential or commercial plumbing services
By requesting or authorizing plumbing services, you acknowledge that:
- existing plumbing conditions may be concealed or unknown before work begins
- accessing plumbing systems may require removal or disturbance of walls, flooring, cabinets, ceilings, fixtures, landscaping, or other property
- pre-existing damage, deterioration, code violations, improper installations, or hidden conditions may be discovered during service
- repairs to one component may reveal additional problems requiring separate work
- water damage or other property damage may occur as a result of existing conditions, plumbing failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- certain repairs may require additional parts, labor, permits, inspections, or specialized services
- third-party contractors, utilities, municipalities, manufacturers, or other parties may be involved in certain projects
Plumbing work may involve water, pressurized systems, electrical components, gas lines, sewage, structural components, confined spaces, tools, equipment, and other potentially hazardous conditions.
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service and to disclose any known hazards or relevant conditions.
4. Customer Responsibility & Conduct
Customers are expected to:
- provide accurate information regarding the requested service
- provide safe and reasonable access to the property and plumbing systems
- disclose known plumbing problems, hazards, prior repairs, or relevant property conditions
- secure pets and other animals when reasonably necessary
- follow reasonable safety instructions provided by our technicians
- treat technicians, employees, contractors, and representatives respectfully
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service when conditions or customer conduct:
- create safety concerns
- threaten or endanger our employees or contractors
- involve harassment, abuse, threats, or violence
- create unreasonable working conditions
- involve unlawful activity
- prevent our technicians from safely performing the requested work
No refund or credit is guaranteed when service is discontinued due to customer misconduct or unsafe conditions.
5. Service Requests, Estimates & Payments
A service request does not necessarily constitute acceptance of a contract for a specific scope of work.
Pricing, estimates, schedules, availability, parts, labor requirements, and scope of work may vary depending on the conditions discovered at the property.
All Connect Plumbing, LLC reserves the right to:
- inspect plumbing conditions before determining the final scope of work
- provide estimates or proposals for requested services
- revise estimates when previously unknown conditions are discovered
- require customer authorization before performing additional work
- require deposits or payment arrangements for certain services
- refuse service at our discretion, subject to applicable law
- require payment for completed services and authorized work
Unless otherwise stated in a written estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement, estimates may not include concealed conditions, additional materials, permits, inspections, restoration work, or unrelated repairs.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Because plumbing appointments may require scheduling technicians, vehicles, equipment, materials, and other resources, cancellation and rescheduling policies may apply.
- we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request
- applicable cancellation or service fees may apply where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer
- deposits for specially ordered materials or committed services may be non-refundable
- refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the applicable invoice, proposal, service agreement, or payment terms
If a customer cancels or reschedules a service appointment:
If All Connect Plumbing, LLC must cancel or significantly modify an appointment due to emergencies, weather, supply issues, staffing, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and reschedule the service when possible.
7. Parts, Materials & Product Availability
Plumbing services may require parts, fixtures, equipment, or other materials.
All materials are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- substitute comparable materials when necessary
- adjust scheduling due to supply availability
- discontinue or replace products
- require customer approval for material substitutions or additional costs when applicable
Manufacturer warranties, when available, are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
8. Workmanship & Service Limitations
All Connect Plumbing, LLC will perform authorized plumbing services in a professional manner consistent with applicable requirements and the agreed scope of work.
Unless expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee that a plumbing repair will prevent future problems caused by unrelated, pre-existing, deteriorated, or concealed conditions.
For example, clearing a drain does not guarantee that the underlying pipe system will remain free from future blockage, and repairing one leak does not guarantee that other aging plumbing components will not subsequently fail.
Any workmanship warranty provided by All Connect Plumbing, LLC will be governed by the specific terms communicated in writing for the applicable service.
9. Media & Property Documentation
For purposes of documenting plumbing conditions, completed work, repairs, estimates, or service records, All Connect Plumbing, LLC may take photographs or videos of plumbing systems and affected property areas.
Such documentation may be used for:
- service records
- estimates and proposals
- insurance or warranty documentation
- quality assurance
- internal training
- dispute resolution
- legal or regulatory purposes
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing unnecessary personal information or unrelated areas of a customer's property. Any promotional use of identifiable customer property, photographs, or testimonials will be subject to applicable permissions and laws.
