He was timely, thorough, went above and beyond my immediate issue and noticed some other problems with leaks under my house and a broken shower pipe. Once I booked the actual repair service , Casey was again communicative, timely, reliable and very thorough. My warranty covered a portion of the overall cost as there were some items I needed repaired that were not covered, but the pricing was so affordable it wasn’t a problem to take care of them while he was here.
